Meet Our Massage Therapist
My name is Amy Matheson and I am a Certified Massage Therapist. My primary massage services include Swedish, Prenatal, Sports, and Myofascial Release techniques. My background working as a PT Tech became a foundation for becoming an LMT. I tailor my treatments to address specific needs of each patient and aim for each session to be as unique as the person is themselves. There is something beautiful about participating in lowering stress, moving toward wellness, and reaching the best possible level of health!
I believe movement and the outdoors are very healing! During warmer months I can often be found paddleboarding, rollerblading and walking. My boys & I pass the Winter months baking & chasing our rambunctious goldendoodle, Leonard.
